SOLVED Assistance needed deploying inkscape

Hello everyone,

I’m experiencing difficulties installing Inkscape via Intune. Neither the .msi file nor the .exe file seems to work.
With .msi using only the /qn switch the app remains on the "waiting for install status" for days.
With the .exe file and the settings below:

- Install Command: inkscape.exe /S
- Uninstall command: "C:\Program Files\inkscape\uninstall.exe" /S

I get this error: Error code: 0x87D300C9 - The unmonitored process is in progress; however, it may time out.

Does anyone know what it means? Any suggestions are appreciated, thank you.

Although the cause of that deployment error is unknown to me, I assume it results from an improper detection technique. I will test the Inkscape deployment and see if it works.
