Hello Experts, I configured email notification and deployed a application to user. User requested the application and I got email to approve or deny. When I click approve it opens in IE and says cant reach the page. any suggestion?

Regards

thanks for the reply, yes I followed the steps from the blog.
what do you mean by HTTPS/HTTP link?

I believe he meant the link that follows the approval link. When you click on approve.

Exactly joe_v, I think the link approval is configured by default with the HTTPS, so can you try to access into your IIS default home page with the same protocol?
https://FQDN_of_your_SiteServer

Under Monitoring>System Status>Components Status, all is ok?

Now can you try to see if you get anything when you try this
http://(sccm site servername with FQDN)/CMApplicationCatalog

Yes... The Application Catalog Web Service Point and Application Catalog website point role on Servers and Site System Roles have to be installed for the SCCM Site server

Under Monitoring>System Status>Components Status, what is the status of the both Application Catalog components?
