SOLVED Approve SCCM Application Requests Via Email

Hello Experts, I configured email notification and deployed a application to user. User requested the application and I got email to approve or deny. When I click approve it opens in IE and says cant reach the page. any suggestion?

Can you try using the IP address of the SCCM server and use it

http://IP address/CMApplicationCatalog

After trying that, does your nslookup for the IP translate to the same server name.

Thanks all, I found the issue its with the cert. As soon as our AD team added the cert all working good. Please mark this question solved
