Hi to all,
Reviewing the configuration manager communications guide (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/configmgr/core/plan-design/hierarchy/ports), I get the impression that communication through port 445 is essential. Not only towards clients but also towards the roles of other site servers.
If we deploy the agent, we require communication from the MP to the destination client computer and after the deployment, port 445 can be closed again and only let the communication be through port 80 or encrypted through port 443, is that right?
The reason of my question is to find a way to deploy configuration manager agent, keeping 445 port closed, to windows clients. does it possible?
