NEW 0X87D00324 The application was not detected after installation completed.

Hello, I am new to SCCM so please bear with me.
After patch Tuesday package deployment, SCCM gives me error 0X87D00324 for 4 servers.
I tried the fix described here: https://www.prajwaldesai.com/fix-sccm-application-install-error-0x87d00324/, but looking at AppEnforce.log it only shows Chrome as a problem (changed the discovery methods per the link), but nothing about the KB that they are missing.
wmic qfe list: shows that the KB was not installed
For some reason I cannot open Software Center and after running ccmrepair.exe nothing happens.
They all are supposed to install the same KB for July.
Please help.
