Fatal Error: The schema version of the database is from a newer version of WSUS than the currently installed.

I am running MECM 2403 baseline. Using a later incremental update is not an option. WSUS 10.0.20348.2031.
I am using WID not SQL. Neither server has had any MS updates applied.

Log files cannot be displayed

Any direction on how to accomplish my challenge is gratefully appreciated.

Solution
I have explained to the powers that be that SQL is the way.
Now I receive and error that 'No such host is known' in the logs this is after the post-deployment configuration. Also in eventvwr Windows Logs, System 'A fatal error occurred while creating a TLS client credential. The internal error state is 10011. the SSPI client process is CcmExec (PID:3240)'

The database is not being installed on the SQL server as well as IIS WSUS site not being created.
SQL Issue. SQL Server Browser had been disabled, once enabled there was traffic flow
I totally agree with your answer. Unfortunately it is not an option within this environment
