PENDING Entra Joined Clients Are Not Updating

We are running into a problem where our Entra Joined Devices are not updating to the latest config manager client. In windows update the have install error 0x80070643. Attached is a screen shot of a ccmsetup log file showing a few different errors. If we uninstall the client and run a command for a reinstall it will install the latest version without issue. The only problem we have is updating existing clients.

Any ideas?

From the log screenshot, I see that the client is not able to find the correct MP. Are you sure these clients are able to pull up the policies from the management point?

They should be able to but how do I validate that? I'm able to ping the MP from the device. The devices are also receiving normally scheduled updates and software installations from SCCM. The only thing I'm struggling with is getting the client to update.
