Hy. you should give thme a very strong representation of your expertise. If you decide to go for a job like MDM Admin or Modern Workplace Admin, you should consider MD102 certification, also MS102 will give you many benefits. You can attend and learn the Path and you'll have a solid know how to pass on. Autopilot, ESP, Configuration profile, Remediations, Patching APPs / Updates are very intersting subjects in an Interview, but is not always only about hard skills
