PENDING Zero Touch, Clean Slate Deployment with Intune / SCCM Co-Management

Hi all,
We are 4 companies under a single Azure tenancy, but with our own AD Forest environment due to compliance with working with military data.
We have a company in UK, France, Mexico and USA. The USA environment has it's down domain and set of virtualised servers which are hosted in Azure Secure.
All ADs synchronise into Azure with an AADC server in the UK. There are trust relationships between each AD forest.

Each country has it's own SCCM environment, except USA, which uses an RMM solution called Datto, by an outsourced IT company. There are no IT people at the small site which has about 5 people, the other 15 people are home workers, or in rented office space with no local infrastructure.

We are looking to create a single Intune tenancy to manage all the sites, including the mobile device management for company phones. There is no BYOD for computers or mobile devices.

So. the question...
Is it possible to create a zero touch deployment from Intune, which includes a predefined operating system, not just configuration of the OEM operating system?

we do have a complicated environment.. welcome to my world! and microsoft support suck. I'll give it a go but i have almost zero expectations
