Hello,
trying to install KB5030213 from Software Center or manually coping the file and executing, but nothing seems to work.
SC gives back KB5030213 and manually running the .msu returns: "the following updates were not installed."

UpdatesHandler.log:
IMaintenanceCoordinator::GetTaskState failed because MTC job has not been created yet. UpdatesHandler 3780 (0x0EC4)
Automatic Updates is currently busy, failing job. UpdatesHandler 8168 (0x1FE8)
StartProcessingUpdates - Trying to complete job ({BFF7842E-6580-4F7B-A086-CE59A61410D9}) due to job failure 0x87d00705 UpdatesHandler 8168 (0x1FE8)
As job ({BFF7842E-6580-4F7B-A086-CE59A61410D9}) is in failed state no presence results can be populated. UpdatesHandler 8168 (0x1FE8)

ccmrepair.exe was executed and looks fine. plenty of disk space.

Any ideas?

The update is identified and pushed by SCCM as needed. This morning after restart the update was installed and in "Restart" need mode.

I also faced the same issue. All required Windows update failed and got the error message. Did CCM agent repair but it did not fix the problem. Since it is for our client user laptops, I cannot share any log or info here. The two main error messages I got are
0x87D00664(-2016410012)
0x87D00705(-2016409851)- This one for Windows 10 22H2 update.
