Would like to create an application in sccm to uninstall IBM series client from 500 machines .
Actually we need to uninstall older version and install newer version . We tried to get identifying number for this software , not avail in product,txt . wmic get product.txt

I am not aware of IBM series client. Does the client installer comes as a msi file or exe file ?. Did you check the IBM website for this info ?.

it is exe file not msi . we installed exe file in all machines

If you can send me a link to download that exe file, i can test the uninstall method for that app in my lab setup.
