SOLVED SCCM 2111 hotfix KB12959506 download issues

Hello, I have tried to download this hotfix and after 2 days there was now progress in the download. I ran the CMUpdateReset tool to remove the package and now is does not reappear.
I have also tried re-adding it to the database using spAddPackageToDownload but this errors:
The MERGE statement conflicted with the FOREIGN KEY constraint "CM_UpdatePackagesToDownload_PackageGuid_FK". The conflict occurred in database "CM_LGB", table "dbo.CM_UpdatePackages", column 'PackageGuid'.
The statement has been terminated.
I have attached an extract from dmpdownloader.log which may or may not be relevant.

Can anyone assist?

Open the browser on the server and try downloading that TrustedTpm.cab and let me know if you can download that cab file.

Hello Prajwal, I managed to download the cab file without issue from my PC using a browser. On the SCCM server browser it is being blocked. I will need to check the policy we have for ZScaler.

Hello Prajwal, it looks like it was the ZScaler policy blocking the download. Thanks for the pointer.
