Hi all,
We have a problem with our SCCM 2012.
We have a SCCM 2012 that is connected to a WSUS server and which receive updates via the WSUS server.
We have downloaded some updates via WSUS and distributed them to our SCCM. We have also create a new device collection in the SCCM.
In the windows 10 client :
We have installed and configure configuration manager to a Windows 10 machine.
We have disconnected the WSUS machine from internet.
But when we try to check for updates we don't receive updates on our Windows 10 machine.
We have no error on the event viewer.
And when we check in the logs we see don't see a real communication between the client and the SCCM.
Is some could help us?
Thanks

Frist off, SCCM12 no longer supports Windows 10, so.... Next if you are using SCCM 2012 then you are likely using Windows 2012 too. IT required a SU to support Windows 10.
Next you need to look within the CM console to see if the MP/SUP are healthy. Before moving to the client and reviewing all of its logs.

We have verified our SCCM version and It's 2002 instead of 2012. What informations could we check now?
Thanks

And when we check in the logs we see don't see a real communication between the client and the SCCM - I think this is where you must first begin the troubleshooting. Check the client-side log files to see why the client is not communicating with management point server.

Ok.
Can we send you the logs?
Thanks
