Hello,

Config manager noob here. PXE boot has decided to stop working.

Build: Config manager 2107

I have tried to PXE boot but get the following error:

NBP filename is smsboot\x64\wdsnp.com
NBP filesize is 0 Bytes

PXE-E99: Unexpected network error

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you

I have tried some troubleshootings this.
1. Checked the files in remoteinstall folder.
2. checked the presence of the machine in console, GUID deleted in SQL
2. Validated the iphelper/switch configuration which helps to transfer the PXE request to the SCCM server from a different VLAN.
3. Finally worked when I saw that the service (Windows Deployment Service Sever ) had been stopped, so no logs had been loaded in SMSPXE.log
4. I started the service.
Then it worked fine.

In addition to the troubleshooting steps covered by @Kathirvel, I also recommend involving your network team to resolve this issue.
