SOLVED SCCM windows server 2019 device collection query not working?

Dear concern,
I am trying with the below query but my device collection member is not updating.
select SMS_R_SYSTEM.ResourceID,SMS_R_SYSTEM.ResourceType,SMS_R_SYSTEM.Name,SMS_R_SYSTEM.SMSUniqueIdentifier,SMS_R_SYSTEM.ResourceDomainORWorkgroup, SMS_R_SYSTEM.Client from SMS_R_System where SMS_R_System.OperatingSystemNameandVersion like "Microsoft Windows NT Server 10.0%" AND SMS_R_System.OperatingSystemVersion = "10.0 (17763)" AND SMS_R_System.OperatingSystem like "Windows Server 2019%"

Curious as to what you are looking for in this collection. It looks like Windows 10 1809 and 2019 Server. To find Win 10 1809 use this.

select SMS_R_System.ResourceId, SMS_R_System.ResourceType, SMS_R_System.Name, SMS_R_System.SMSUniqueIdentifier, SMS_R_System.ResourceDomainORWorkgroup, SMS_R_System.Client from SMS_R_System inner join SMS_G_System_OPERATING_SYSTEM on SMS_G_System_OPERATING_SYSTEM.ResourceID = SMS_R_System.ResourceId where SMS_G_System_OPERATING_SYSTEM.BuildNumber = "17763"

If you just want to find your 2019 server use this.

according to this, here you are adding 2019 server and win10 in collection. what is your exact requirement ?
