sql query to get installed updates for an server. only patch details required. Pleas share the SQL query.

What is wrong with the built-in reports for this? If you just want the query brag it from the reports.

from the reports i am not having option to get installed updates for the only computer. its running with old version of SCCM

Not that is not correct. You can get both required and installed from the defaults reports. For example Compliance 5 - Specific computer
