SOLVED Software Center not displaying all available applications/packages

Good day all,

We have had something funny happen on or SCCM environment, I have never seen this before.

Most of our users are complaining that they are not seeing all the application they used to in System Center. I can confirm even on my ADMIN account most to all apps are missing. We used to have 20+ app listed, but now some users only see 8. Nothing has changed in our environment over the last few months.

I have gone the the logs and nothing is standing out. Deploying new apps work just fine.

We are running SCCM 1910



Any advice ?

No errors on the client. Do I need to check the site primary server and the CAS server for the whole company?

Hello,

we are facing the Same issue with MECM 2006 Hotfix Rollup. We didnt change anything in our deployments for the last few months, but somehow the Software is now getting out of hand.

For example: If i setup 5 Clients at the same time, sometimes there are 10 out of 10 software packages, sometimes 6 out of 10 etc...

Checked all logs and in my opinion they seem to be good, thats the weird thing about it.

Hi Prajwal, Please see attached. I removed some data relating to PC names, GUID and SID's.

I don't see any errors in this log file. Do the deployments appear in software center when depoyed to machines instead of users ?.

Hi, we have a number of applications that is available for users to install from in Software Center, but now those applications/packages are not visible anymore, only about 7 apps are visible out of the 20+.

I tested a new deployment yesterday and it worked as expected.

Managed to locate the issue, someone removed users from a group. This was not communicated to us.
