SOLVED Error Code 0X643(1603) when installing Office 2013

Error Code 0X643(1603) when installing Office 2013
i get this error in software center

RUN THIS COMMAND ON CMD (RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR) AND THEN TRY TO INSTALL.
SET COMSPEC="C:\WINDOWS\COMMAND.COM

delete file called Rgstrtn.lck try this also....

found the path given was invalid with parameters. reset and now it is fine.
