Group policy settings were overwritten by a higher authority (Domain Controller) to: Server http://sccm-app-tx-pr.mcap.off and Policy ENABLED WUAHandler 4/16/2020 4:23:13 AM 7884 (0x1ECC)

Its a WSUS Update Source type ({F138640C-8B88-4E49-B16F-8C7B74AD1965}), adding it. WUAHandler 4/16/2020 4:28:05 AM 5308 (0x14BC)

Yes Prajwal , I found the answer in one of your forum and fixed the issue , removed the GPO and it worked
