PENDING wsus content is cleaned up automatically

when we sync the windows updates the wsus content folder is great size reach to 109 GB Suddenly the folder size go only 200 mb only and all updates is remove all updates every one or two day

till now i can't found reason and also i can't deploy updates by sccm
