SOLVED Wrong username & password

Hi all, when i try to switch user or run as different user, it says wrong username and password? Got several people users to try and all same issue. Any ideas?

Its on win 11 23h2. Either run as different user on a cmd prompt say i enter my admin account for elevated rights or at windows login screen trying to log in with my admin account.

So far not a lot of troubleshooing but im thinking back changes ive done over last few months.

1. set winhttp to localhost so goes via the proxy
2. set bitsadmin system account to localhost
3. applied some about 20 security settings as per cis stds
4. removed authenicated users from root of c drv.
5. Change dns servers.

Now fixed was system proxy issue
