PENDING Windows updates are not getting installed on clients

Hi,
Newly installed clients are not installing windows updates.

When I check logs on client I'm getting below error in WUAHandler log

0x8024401c = Same as HTTP status 408 - the server timed out waiting for the request.

Is your SUP up-and-running and reachable from this device?
