Hi Prajwal

I created task sequence to windows 10 in place upgrade.(according to your post)

I am trying to upgrade Windows 8.1 surface pro PC. But in the middle of the process set up failed with above error. Windows Setup failed with hexadecimal exit code 0xC1900208 (decimal 3247440392). To identify the type of issue, lookup it against the table of known values of Windows Setup errors online.

Kindly help me to fix it

0xC1900208 - This could indicate that an incompatible app installed on your PC is blocking the upgrade process from completing. Check to make sure that any incompatible apps are uninstalled and then try upgrading again.

I've got the same issue. when I run upgrade from the package source tree, upgrade works fine, but via SCCM it's started failing.

Exactly the same issue here : impossible to upgrade using the SCCM tasks sequence but starting from the source file is fine ...

=> no special apps installed, it's a VM so no special driver ?
