PENDING Windows Server 2016 Domain Name Problem

Hi good day to all. I am planning to create a centralize file server with active directory. the main server where the AD is installed is in other city. May question is do I need to buy or own a domain name (e.g. www.myserver.com) in order for other server and computer to join to my Main Server? And also do I need to buy an IP Address for the main server? Please see attached image. I am new to this kind of setup so please help me and Thank you.

You already have a domain where you are running AD services, why do you want to buy another domain ?. Have you setup a domain ?. If yes, you can add member server and use it as file server.

Thank you for your response. but the domain I installed on the windows AD services is for local used only, now we are planning to connect it to the internet so other computer from different countries can join the server. Do I need to register/buy the domain (e.g. myserver.net)? and how can other computer from other network can see or join to my server using the internet?
