SOLVED Windows server 2012 r2 is freezing

I have windwos server 2012 r2 installed on hp workstation with high specs.
it freezes from time to time
like 2 times a day, i get blank sceen and it refuses to do any action, I need to turn off the power then start again each time it happens
it's not anything related to consuming resources tho.
Any ideas?

• Check the system's history in virtual management monitoring tools.
• On a Windows Server, you may not have enough free disk space to generate a complete memory dump file on the system volume. There's a second option if the system drive doesn't have sufficient space. You can use the DedicatedDumpFile registry entry.
