PENDING Windows Health Monitoring assignment status : not applicable

Hello,

When configuring windows health monitoring there are a lot of devices with the "not applicable" assignment status.
I have already waited for more than 24h to check report.
Devices can sync in the company portal app.
We have an upgrade policy for windows feature update configured (build 1809->21h2), some of the devices do not get the update.
Anny suggestions ?

can be closed...we have some other issues with windows feature update...about 150 test devices and only 50% have been updated to new build in more or less 2 weeks...maybe you can give me some feedback on that ?
