PENDING Windows Could Not parse or process unattend answer file

Hello everyone,
I'm having this error when deploying via task sequence,windows server 2019 image.
I deployed the same IMAGE (ISO) in my lab environment and it worked perfectly, however in the corporate environment it presents this error, has anyone had this problem?

There could be many reasons why you see that error. Can you start with checking the product key. This error occurs if the product key entered in the task sequence is not valid

I left the product key field blank, then added a valid product key and still the error continues.
