Sorry Prajwal, I did not fnd any category to Windows 2016.

What happen when the grace period end in a Windows 2016 standard sever conected to the production environment.

Does anyone have any list of whats exact features I am not able to use or something?

Could anyone know any oficial URL to Support what you tell?

Not sure what happens to Windows server 2016 post grace period ends, but here is info what happens to server 2012 after eval period elapses. I guess the points could also apply to Win server 2016.
