PENDING Windows 11 version 24H2 update download error

Hi,
Thank you very much, but I do not know where to look. I followed the steps and created a Deployment for the 24H2 for some laptops, and when I check the Windows Update in the laptops it displays that error. When I click retry, immediately displays the same error again. I couldn't find any log in the laptop that would give me more information.
 
Did you follow all the steps in that link?
When you say you created a deployment for 24H2 do you mean you made it available in wsus for computers to install?

I did follow the steps, and the issue remain.
I found the erros below in dberr.txt inside catroot2
