Hi Support,

I'm just reaching out to see if anyone else has run into an issue where Windows 11 devices fail to pick up software center deployments, our devices are affected at random it appears with no real casualty. 2 applications are usually listed but no others, checked app enforcement, app discovery logs with no real errors. Windows 10 devices are unaffected.

We image devices using PXIE, they complete the image fine without any errors, however, they fail to pull applications that are scoped to these devices.

Troubleshooting performed:
  1. Configuration manager actions within Control Panel all manually run.
  2. Agent uninstalled and re-installed using the remote install function.
  3. All relevant policy actions run manually against the device client notification section.
  4. Client shows as healthy with regular Policy requests, Heartbeat DDR, Hardware scans, software scans and passed client check results.
  5. The device is listed within the correct collections and deployments.
  6. Apps that are available within software center install successfully.
Happy to attach logs if anyone has any ideas about what specifically would be the most useful.

Configuration manager v2403 installed
One main site server
Boundary groups configured against IP
Configuration Manager client v5.00.9128.1007

Regards,

Gman

All the application deployments are failing for Windows 11 devices?
Hi Prajwal,

No, its very sporadic we can image a device using Pixie, this device images without issue but they don't receive the full list of advertised applications and it varies between only seeing two applications or several. When a new application is added into the scope of several test collections, several check-ins can take place but it still fails to see the advertised application.
