PENDING Windows 10LTSB to windows 10 1803 upgrade MBR2GPT

Hello all,
I am upgrading machines from LTSB to 1803 and upgrade works good. we want to change bios to UEFI. So i have added the conversion tool after upgrade step. It runs and it never boot into windows. it stuck ono image found and when I check BIOS it set to UEFI. I have to change this back to legacy to get into windows.
ANy suggestions?
