PENDING Win 10 1903 inplace upgrade Error 80070002

Hi all,
I am getting below error while inplace upgrading win 10 1903.
As per Google's I have check admin account and dp property. But can not able to fixed.
Error code 0X80070002.

Hi All,
Note:- i have already upgrade this machine from win 10 1803 to 1809 and now i was going to upgrade this 1903 then i am getting below error log.

Have you enabled the option "Dynamically update Windows Setup with Windows Update" on the "Upgrade Operating System" step ?.
