Hi Team,
First of all, thanks a lot for the articles getting published.

We have been trying third part software update, but found that there is a limitation in "Product". Only 100 unique products allowed by SCCM. Is there any tweak we can do to overcome this? Screenshot - https://www.prajwaldesai.com/wp-con...Software-Updates-Using-SCCM-2012-R2-Snap9.jpg

According microsoft they announced with latest version WSUS, this would get resolved but i didnt found that working. :(

Actually we were doing a POC to provide third party update catalog. We want to have multiple products, like 7-Zip,vlc,etc . These categories overall count comes around 200.

I'm able to generate catalog, during catalog synchronize in SCCM, we are getting "SyncUpdateCatalog: Exception Message: Publishing operation failed, too many locally published categories.".

Log File Name - "SMS_ISVUPDATES_SYNCAGENT"
CM Version - 1806.
Windows Server - 2016.

Sample Catalog - XML part, The highlighted portion we used to mention category.

<smc:SoftwareDistributionPackage SchemaVersion="1.0">
