SOLVED What is the difference between compliant and successfully installed Updates

how are you ?

I want to know what is the difference between compliant and successfully installed updates

as my knowledge once update installed successfully in client machine it becomes compliant, right ?

but if I see compliant PC's there is no updates has installed, kindly guide me

Successfully Installed Updates - When you see this it means that the script have run successfully, and the patch is installed.
You would notice that the status becomes "Compliant" after the update agent processes/verifies the state of the update.
