SOLVED Want to get Internet Explorer Version on all computers

We are trying to find a report that will show what version of Internet Explorer is installed. We want this report to be able to run against all computers, or device collections (would be helpful in separating).
Ideally, the report would have PC name, username, IE version.

Currently, we have tested below query but we are getting few computers and dont know why.... kindly check and help me out. also we have only enabled software inventory, could you tell me what to put in 'Set Types' and 'Set Files' fields. Using SCCM 2012
