Hy,
it occurs an error on a device : Software center tries to install a software (acrobat) that has been deployed as required on a device collection, but this device does not belong to this collection. why does it occurs? how can i do troubleshooting?

Does it depend on resourceid number? or something like this?


to avoid the issue i stop manually ccmexe to this device .


The device is Vm-gold-base that does not belong to AcrobatPro VDI wks

Right-click the device, select properties, click the Deployments tab. If you see Acrobat in there it'll tell you what membership is causing it to be there. If you don't see it there then for some reason the client still thinks it's getting it. Machine policy update, App Deployment policy update and a little time will clear it out. Or you can just uninstall and reinstall the client.
