SOLVED Upgrade Windows 10 1809 to 20H2 using SCCM

Hi All,


All our fleet computers are running windows 10 1809, our SCCM is 1810. Is it possible to deploy 20H2 to client computers running 1809??. I am really confused whether or not if windows 10 20H2 deployable to machines running 1809 ??

Yes you can upgrade Windows 10 1809 to Windows 10 20H2. However I would suggest you first deploy the update to a pilot batch of computers, test it and then deploy it to wider set of computers.

I'm upgrading from 1803 to 20H2 and didn't have issues at this moment. Except for some computers being low on disk space.
Had 140 laptops to do on Monday. Only 25 remaining that I see now.

Thanks Prajwal, we deployed the update to test collection and there were some issues but we fixed it. We are now deploying the updates to production machines.
