SOLVED upgrade sccm 1702 to SCCM 2203

HI dear expert
we are using sccm 1702 in our enterprise so we need to install sccm 2203 on fresh os

is that possible to install sccm 2203 then remove sccm 1702 or we should upgrade our sccm 1702 steb by step ?
please let me know in details
i'm completely confused about what to do

You should upgrade version 1702 to next available version. And then finally upgrade to version 2203.

we are trying offline upgrade via serviceconnection tool
after around 8 hour nothing download with below command

"ServiceConnectionTool.exe -connect -usagedatasrc c:\temp\UsageData -updatepackdest C:\temp\UpdatePacks"
