Hi
I was wondering how do I go about upgrading Microsoft project 2010 to 2013 using SCCM?

There are no tricks to this, How would you do this without SCCM? Then you do the exact same thing in SCCM.

Oh; I have done this with office using the office scrub whereby I uninstalled the older version of office and reinstall the newer version in SCCM.
So there must be something similar with MS Project.
Doing the same thing as you suggested without sccm?

ok do put that all into a batch file and test that it would outside of SCCM, once you do that you can take the whole process and add it to SCCM.
