PENDING Updates Deployments with "Unknown" Status

Hi,
We're trying to deploy some software updates for Windows Servers (2008 to 2019), but deployment status always keeps "UNKNOWN" and "Client check passed/Active".
I don't understand what could be happening because for some servers, the updates are delivered and installed successful, it seems "random" and I can't find a common problem.

on my clients, when i see the 0x87d00215 i just delete the policy and run gpupdate /force followed by restarting the cm services. that works for me. see below the three commands that i run remotely on my clients to solve a similar issue.

remove-Item -Path "$env:SystemRoot\System32\GroupPolicy\Machine\Registry.pol"
GPUpdate /target:computer /Force
restart-service ccmexec
