There are no tricks to this, run the pre-check, fix any issue, then upgrade.

just to avoid any mistacke. Do you mind to give me the steps I have to do ....?
The prec-check passed with warning? How can i check and sort it out?

There are two ways to view the Prerequisite check warnings and errors.
1. Review ConfigMgrPrereq.log file
2. In ConfigMgr Console, go to Monitoring workspace, Click Overview > Updates and Servicing Status. Right-click the Configuration Manager hotfix update and select Show Status
