SOLVED update keep getting stuck in downloading

Hey all , i hope everybody is ok, i have sccm 2107 installed on win server 2012 i am trying to upgrade it to 2203 however the update keep getting stuck in downloading , i used the update reset tool "CMUpdatereset.exe" couple of times to reset and force delete and when i start it again it becomes stuck again , any thoughts ???

i am unable to find the log file now since i fixed it it was because of the sccm was unable to download the redist files so i downloaded them manually and put them inside the update GUID\redist , thanks for reply
