Hi, I am running SCCM 2012 Service Pack 1. But it is unable to collect data from windows 10. Any idea why?

Reuqest you to add more in detail query with erros if you have any, so we can give you proper solution

Maunil,
The client software is not being pushed to Windows 10. There is no scanning since its upgrade to 10. Please see the screen shot below.

Thanks

Hi Biman,

Is software collection is part of windows 10 collection to push new software for deployment... If not part of, then do following checks
1. limit the collection to Windows 10 collection
2. Go to package program property and select Windows 10 platform 32 bit or 64 bit.
3. refresh and download the policy
4. re-run the advertisment using SCCM tool

Maunil,
I see two problems with Win 10:
1) SCCM does not even attempt to push the agent until the "Operating System" field is changed in AD to "Microsoft Windows NT Workstation 10", and discover the computer in SCCM. I followed the article,

2) After the above, SCCM tries to push the agent, but ccm.log reports this error: ---> Unsupported NT version "10.0.10586" on machine "MyMachine"

Do you have any idea?

ok then you have to raise a call log with Microsoft customer service as might me there is a bug in sccm .

Thanks
