PENDING Unable to upgrade SCCM to 2010 from 1910

Hello Team,

Options to run prerequisite check, install and all other options are grayed for all new versions(2002,2006,2010 & 2103). Current SCCM version is 1910. Planning to upgrade to 2010


I have tired to reset the CM updates reset for 2002 got below error.


When i try for 2010 it is was successfully completed.


Please help me on this.

Are you trying to install multiple updates here ?. The options are greyed out when a specific task is running such as prerequisite check or update installation. You need to wait until the operation completes.

Trying to upgrade single update only. Prerequisite check has done long back on 2002 version, after perquisite check passed the options grayed out. Now i can't upgrade any version available
