NEW Unable to run a VBScript using task sequence

Hi,

I am creating a DELL CFI for my ORG. and I am trying to add a vbscript to the task sequence to change the computer name once the PC is connected to out network. But this task with the script is not working. When I run the script manually, it works perfect but it doesn't work through task sequence.
Basically using this script I am trying to change my computers names as per our standard convention.
