SOLVED Unable to push SCCM client on windows 10

Can you check if the firewall settings on your client (Win10) is disabled?
The account configured for the installation client push must have an administrator privileges on the machine.

The boundary groups is it configured correctly?

for windows 10 machines need to upgrade sccm 2012 r2 to sccm 2012 r2 sp1. after doing the all windows clients are get connected.

The log file clearly shows unsupported OS configuration. As you mentioned, upgrade your SCCM setup to version that support client agent installs on windows 10.
