Can you check if the firewall settings on your client (Win10) is disabled?
The account configured for the installation client push must have an administrator privileges on the machine.
The log file clearly shows unsupported OS configuration. As you mentioned, upgrade your SCCM setup to version that support client agent installs on windows 10.
