SOLVED Unable to import MVLS License file to Asset Intelligence

Hai Team,

I am unable to import MVLS License file to Asset Intelligence, It says "The selected Licensing data import file is invalid" . Referred few tech net articles on the known issue of Column C (String / Number ) but no luck. Need your assistance.

Cannot to find columns. Error: Import Failed. Failed to parse.

I doubt if this xml is either corrupt or it has been modified due to which SCCM cannot read the file.
