NEW Unable to find co-managed devices in Intune

Hi all,

My Org recently migrated to Windows 11 autopilot builds recently. We still have around 200 devices in Win 10 image builds.
Devices are co-managed and Azure Hybrid Joined.
Out of these 200 devices, we can see only 160 devices listed in Intune portal but remaining 40 devices are missing even though they are active.
I can view these devices in Azure and SCCM though.
Any suggestion or idea on why only these are not visible in Intune portal.

I hope you have already installed the Intune connector on the AD server?1718293927275.png
Launch AD Connect and configure 'Customize Synchronization Options' and 'Configure Device Options.' Ensure that the missing devices are in the correct OU

Also, double-check whether the missing devices are logged with a user account where users can access O365 apps such as Outlook, OneDrive, Teams etc
