PENDING Unable to distribute boot image to DP Error 0x80070003

I am about fed up
We upgraded to Server 2016 from 2012 and SCCM 1902 from 2012R2
I can distribute updates to distribution point and drivers but when I distribute Boot image and Config Manager Client Package I get the following error in the PkgXferMgr log.

I have checked permission ,removed the DP etc etc etc to no avail. I have googled until my fingers hurt please someone help a brother out.

thanks for your response. I have looked at that post and that doesn't seem to be the issue.
