NEW Unable to connect sccm 1606 Current branch to SQL server database 2016

Hi sir,

We have SCCM 2016 1606 Current Branch license and sql server 2016 and Base Operating system is Server 2012 R2.
SQL server 2016 clustering is being done on 2 servers.

Now we are trying to configure standalone primary site , when we try to connect sccm primary site to Remote sql database on 4022 SQL Broker servive port, we are getting with the error .


Kindly help with it ,Kindly find the attachment with the error.
